The ECTCA has as a key objective that all its classes benefit the local community.
As a Founding Principle none of our Instructors are paid for their involvement. Teaching was given to all of us freely and we continue to carry on this ethos of Master Moy’s in our classes.
Moreover where we can we contribute to local charities. Across the ECTCA in the past two years we have made significant contributions to many causes that are close to our communities or students including such beneficiaries as The Arthur Rank Hospice, Histon & Impington Friends, British Heart Foundation, Prostate Cancer UK, Osteoporosis UK, Teenager Cancer Trust, Duxford Centre, Harston Village Hall, Rooprai Spinal Injuries, Sawston Sing to Remember, Addenbrookes Foundation to name just a few.
By supporting charities that are local and mean something to our members we reinforce the principle behind all we do which is :
‘Doing Good – For Ourselves and Others One Move At A Time!’
